Refund and Returns Policy

We take great care in packaging and delivering our honey to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Due to the nature of our product, we follow a strict No Return & No Refund policy under the following conditions: 

 Once an order is confirmed and shipped, cancellations and returns are not permitted. 

 We do not offer refunds for reasons such as a change of mind, personal preferences, or delays due to external factors. 

In the rare case that an incorrect or damaged product is received, customers may be eligible for an exchange (as per our Exchange Policy). 

 Exchange Policy

We understand that issues may arise during transit. Hence, we offer an Exchange Policy under specific conditions: 

 Customers can request an exchange only in the case of: 

-Product damage during shipping. 

-The incorrect flavour of honey was received compared to what was ordered. 

-The exchange request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support team at Honeyverse@gmail.com [customer support email/phone/WhatsApp ] 

-Customers must provide clear images of the damaged or incorrect product as proof. 

-The exchange will be processed only after verification of the issue. 

-No exchange requests will be accepted after 24 hours of delivery.
